Upper-Body Strength with Sam, Week 3
This is the last workout in the 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength program. The workout has three blocks of two upper-body moves, done four times. Some of the exercises are overhead presses, pushups, rows, and triceps extensions with a focus on dynamic power. Includes the use of one heavy and two light dumbbells.
