Total-Body Strength with Jenn, Week 2
In this total-body workout, you’ll add exercises as you go, starting with two and ending with eight. There is a focus on time under tension using longer intervals and more repetitions. Some of the exercises are squats, chest presses, hinges, and chops. Includes the use of two medium dumbbells.
