Total-Body Strength with Kim, Week 2

Week two of 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength has a focus on time under tension, which means that some of the moves will be slowed down. In this total-body workout, there are six exercises done individually for three rounds and then again as pairs for two rounds. Some of the moves are overhead presses, wide squats, crunches, and bridges. Includes the use of two medium and two heavy dumbbells.
