This is the final week of 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength. In this total-body workout, there are three blocks of three moves, done twice. The focus is on dynamic power, which means that some of the moves are done with speed and explosiveness. There is also a focus on combination moves. Some of the exercises are biceps curls, hinges, and squats. Includes the use of two medium dumbbells.
