Strong Through Menopause

Stay strong through perimenopause and menopause with this three-week program featuring 20-minute workouts that progress week over week. There are two total-body Strength workouts and one energetic Yoga flow to help you energize your day, handle stress, and feel more like yourself. The Strength workouts are designed to build strong muscles and bones with full-body exercises, core work, and jumps you can always make low impact. The Yoga workouts combine stretching, strengthening, balance, and mindful breathing. Add your favorite weekly cardio to the mix—like running, HIIT, brisk walking, or anything that gets your heart pumping.
