Challenge yourself to pick up heavier weights in the last total-body strength workout of the program. There are seven moves, done three times. Some of the exercises are squats with overhead presses and hinges with rows—plus a cardio move with a low-impact option and core exercises like side planks. Includes the use of two heavy dumbbells.
