Strength with Jenn, Week 1

The first in a series designed to help you feel strong through perimenopause and menopause, this total-body workout has two blocks of three moves, done twice. Some of the exercises are squats, bent-over rows, overhead presses, and skaters. There is a cardio burst in each block, plus moves for your core between blocks and a strength finisher at the end of the workout. Includes the use of two medium and two light dumbbells. This is workout 1 in week 1 of Strong Through Menopause.
