Everyone is invited to this party featuring all the ways you can add more activity and mindfulness to your day. No need to RSVP— just come as you are. The celebration is big, but the time commitment is small. With workouts and meditations as short as five or 10 minutes, there’s a range of “bite-sized” samples to choose from, and a chance to meet every trainer. In this Super Sampler, you’ll find some of our favorites from all the workout types and the most popular meditation themes. There are also a few of the most memorable Time to Walk and Time to Run episodes. Feel free to dabble in an activity or two you haven’t tried before—mix, match, and mingle as you please. You might even find new favorites of your own.
