Stay Active During Pregnancy
This program can help you stay active during a healthy pregnancy. You can do these workouts on their own or mix them with Fitness+ weekly studio workouts, doing the modifications you learn in this series. Every workout includes options for the three trimesters of pregnancy with tips for making exercises and stretches more comfortable as your body changes. The Strength workouts focus on upper body, lower body, or total body and include the option of using dumbbells. These strength moves may also help you get ready for activities like picking up your baby and lifting a car seat. The Core workouts feature modifications for common core moves. In the Mindful Cooldowns, there are gentle stretches and guided meditations geared to pregnancy. Throughout, you will learn ways to use a pillow or chair for support and comfort.
