In this express total-body workout, you’ll do fewer moves as you go, starting with three and ending with one. Each move is done three times and there is a focus on dynamic power. Some of the exercises are reverse lunges, hammer curls, overhead presses and mountain climbers. Includes the use of two medium dumbbells.
