Total-Body Strength with Kim, Week 3

This is the last week in the express edition of 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength. In this total-body workout, there are three pairs of exercises, done three times. The focus is on dynamic power, which means that some of the moves are done with speed and explosiveness. Some of the exercises are pushups, hinges and wide squats.
