Total-Body Strength with Kyle, Week 2

This is the second week in the express edition of 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength. In this total-body workout, there are four moves, done three times. There is also a pushup challenge, done twice. The focus is on time under tension, which means that some of the moves will be slowed down. The exercises are overhead presses, narrow squats, hinges and wide rows. Includes the use of two medium and two heavy dumbbells.
