Total-Body Strength with Sam, Week 1

This is the first workout in the express edition of 3 Perfect Weeks of Strength. The total-body workout has three pairs of moves, done three times. The focus is on progressive overload, which means lifting heavier weights as you go. Some of the exercises are wide squats, chest presses and bridges. Includes the use of two medium and two heavy dumbbells.
