Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers

A great golf game starts with how you train, whether you play for fun, are teeing up for a tournament, or just want to feel your best after 18 holes. Professional golfer, and rising star on the circuit, Rose Zhang joins Fitness+ trainer Kyle Ardill for this program designed to help you feel strong and mobile, round after round. Each 10-minute workout is inspired by Rose’s own training approach as an elite athlete. The two Strength workouts—one for your upper body and one for your lower body—can help you improve your balance, feel stronger, and drive the ball with more power. In Core, you’ll focus on stability and rotational strength for swinging clubs with more ease and control. The yoga-inspired stretches are great for helping you loosen up before or after a game. This series is for all golfers and fitness levels. Feel free to do the workouts as often as you like, in any order, and even mix them into your regular routine.
