Lower-Body Strength for Golfers
This lower-body workout has three exercises, done once. The moves are reverse lunges, a hinge, and lateral lunges. You will work one side of your body at a time to help you feel more stable on the course. There is also a balance challenge with a focus on improving your golf swing. Includes the use of one medium dumbbell.
