Strength Basics in 3 Weeks

Learn the basics of strength training so you can take on common strength exercises with confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or just want to hone your technique, this three-week plan is designed to help you build a solid foundation for your strength training journey. You’ll do three workouts per week: one upper-body, one lower-body, and one total-body. The workouts are a mix of 10 and 20 minutes. In week one, you’ll learn how to do common dumbbell movements with great form. The next two weeks bring new ways to take the basics further with more variety and different tempos. By the end, you’ll have made some great gains in strength, knowledge, and technique! You can always repeat Strength Basics to get more practice, or return to it whenever you need a refresher.
