Strength Basics with Jenn
This workout has a focus on slowing down your movements during the basic upper-body exercises you’ve been practicing. There are fewer moves as you go, starting with five and ending with one. Some of the exercises are bent-over rows, overhead presses, and side raises. Includes the use of two light and two medium dumbbells. This is workout 1 in week 3 of Strength Basics in 3 Weeks.
