3 Perfect Weeks of Pilates
Get into a well-rounded routine and level up your practice, no matter where you are in your Pilates journey. This program is designed to be your one-stop-shop for making great progress—that’s what makes it the perfect three weeks. Every week, you’ll target all your major muscles across three 20-minute workouts, done with just your body weight. The workouts build from one to the next, helping you improve your strength and mobility as you go. Each week features a different theme. Week 1 is about “centering,” or connecting to your core as the foundation of movement. Week 2 challenges you to stay in control as the exercises get harder. In week 3, you’ll work on flowing from move to move with precision. You can repeat 3 Perfect Weeks of Pilates as many times as you like to keep fine-tuning your practice.
