Kickboxing for Beginners with Nez

Learn common moves used in authentic kickboxing to help you build coordination, confidence and stamina at your own pace. Some of the moves are jabs, crosses and kicks. There are two three-minute rounds, plus a final one-minute round. You can use this low-impact workout to become comfortable with basic movements before trying the 20-minute Kickboxing workout in this series.
