Strength for Runners with Kyle, Week 1
4 Weeks of Strength for Runners kicks off with this special workout featuring celebrated athletes on Strava, Kayla Jeter and Hellah Sidibe, plus Fitness+ trainers Kyle and Kim. In this total-body workout, there is a focus on your power generators, the muscles that help you push on your runs. There are four moves, done three times. Some of the exercises are hinges, bridges, rows, and squats. There are also moves to challenge your core and open up your hips. Includes the use of two heavy dumbbells.
