HIIT Workouts You Can Make Low Impact

High-intensity interval training doesn’t have to be high impact! You can still get a heart-pumping workout in HIIT without doing a single hop, leap, or jump. These curated workouts include jumps, if you want them, but you can also easily go low impact without sacrificing intensity. Think fewer air jacks, more side shuffles. Just follow the trainer showing jump-free options for each exercise. You can choose the moves that go easy on your joints and, if you’re an apartment dweller, your downstairs neighbor, too. Not sure which trainer is modifying? They’re always on the left side of your screen. Do these workouts about every other day or whenever you want a cardio workout that’s high energy and low impact. When you’re ready for more, look for the low-impact options in any HIIT workout in the library.
