This workout has three parts. Each part includes a two-minute hill that starts at a hard intensity and finishes at an all-out intensity. Each part also includes an all-out push on a flat road. The hard intervals range from one minute and 10 seconds to one minute and 40 seconds. The all-out intervals range from 20 to 50 seconds. There is also a finisher that includes an additional hard hill and an all-out push.
