Treadmill with Emily • Feat. Olympian Alysia Montaño
Alysia Montaño, a competitive runner and celebrated athlete in the Strava community, joins this workout led by Fitness+ trainer Emily. Alysia earned an Olympic bronze medal in the women’s 800-meter running event. She is also a USA Outdoor Track and Field champion. The workout has a hard hill that lasts one minute, plus a speed push that starts hard and ends with 30 seconds at an all-out intensity. This is done twice. The theme is inspired by International Women’s Day.
