Join Coach Cory for this progressive build through Zion National Park, with its twisting canyons and red sandstone. After the warmup, you’ll go for three songs at a moderate intensity before pushing to a hard intensity for two more songs. As the route winds past wildlife toward majestic mountains, you’ll reach your peak with one song at all-out. Setting the tone for each build, there’s a mix of musical genres: chill pop, uptempo dance, and an aggressive rock anthem, perfect for a thundering finish.
