There are two parts in this workout. Part one has two hard pushes that last 80 seconds each and four all-out intervals that last 20 seconds each. Part two has a hard push that lasts 80 seconds, four all-outs that last 20 seconds each, and a push that starts with 60 seconds at a hard intensity and ends with 20 seconds at an all-out intensity.
