HIIT with Kim
This workout has three blocks, each with three rounds of three moves. The intervals in each round get shorter as you go, starting with 40 seconds and ending with 20 seconds. Some of the moves are wide squats, air jacks, reverse lunges, side shuffles, and skaters. There are also strength exercises between rounds. Includes the use of two light dumbbells.
