This workout has two blocks, each with four moves done three times. Some of the exercises are pop squats, side shuffles, and power jacks. All intervals last 30 seconds. Between blocks, you’ll do core work like planks and upper-body exercises like biceps curls and triceps kickbacks. Includes the use of two light or medium dumbbells.
