HIIT with Bakari, Pair 9
This is the last HIIT workout in this program. The moves are done on one side of your body at a time. The exercises are pop lunges and pop squats with overhead presses. There is also a cardio challenge at the end. Includes the use of two light dumbbells. This is the second workout in pair 9, designed to be done back to back with Strength.
