This workout has five blocks of two moves, done three times. The intervals in each block get longer as you go, starting with 20 seconds and ending with 40 seconds. There is also a bodyweight strength exercise between blocks. Some of the moves are high knees, lunge jumps, and bicycle crunches. The playlist is inspired by the holidays.
