This workout has two blocks of two exercises, done five times. The intervals in each block get shorter as you go, starting at 50 seconds and ending at 10 seconds. Some of the moves are pop lunges, burpees, and air jacks. There is also a total-body challenge between blocks. The Artist Spotlight playlist has music from superstar USHER.
