This workout has four blocks of three rounds. The rounds in each block get longer as you go, starting with one move and ending with four. The intervals get shorter in each round, starting with 40 seconds and ending with 30 seconds. Some of the exercises are tuck jumps, lunge jumps, and air jacks.
