HIIT with Bakari

This workout has four moves, done twice. The intervals get longer before they get shorter again, ranging from 25 seconds to 40 seconds. There is also a one-minute cardio challenge at the beginning and at the end of the workout. Some of the moves are lunges, squat jumps, and tuck jumps.
