Stronger Arms, Chest, and Back in 21 Days

Training your upper body is a great way to feel powerful, get stronger, and face your day with confidence. Push, pull, and lift your way through whatever life brings—whether it’s playing your favorite sport or carrying stuffed grocery bags. Starting with Week 1, alternate between the Strength workout and the energetic Yoga for the first six days of your week. On the seventh day, do the Mindful Cooldown to relax and relieve tension in your upper body. Repeat the pattern with the Week 2 and Week 3 workouts. Challenge yourself to stick to all 21 days, doing each workout in the order shown. After 21 days, keep focusing on your upper-body strength with other workouts in the Fitness+ library.
