Level Up Your Core Training
A fit and stable core can lead to better balance, less risk of injury, and good posture. Plus it helps you perform like a pro in pretty much any sport or activity. And nothing takes your current core training to the next level like grabbing dumbbells and building up to longer workouts. In the first week, do a 10-minute workout every other day from the “Step It Up” section. In the second week, do the same with workouts from the “Feel the Burn” section—adding one 20-minute workout helps keep you leveling up. In the final week, try a longer 20-minute workout every other day from “Reach New Levels.” Follow the order shown for each week. You can do these next-level core workouts on their own or to top off your usual routine. You’ll definitely put your core to the test—but your abs, back, hips, and glutes will thank you.
