Everyone can benefit from better balance. It’s one of the secrets to improving sports performance, boosting confidence, and helping you steady yourself after a stumble. The workouts in this Collection have been curated to help you create more stability with core training. You’ll also practice your balance and coordination with strength exercises done from a narrow stance or on one leg at a time. Start with the workouts in the “Find Your Footing” section, alternating between Strength and Core every other day. When you’re ready, try the “On Solid Ground” section and repeat the pattern.
