60 Minutes of Full-Body Strength
Give all your major muscles some serious attention with a full hour of lifting. It’s a time investment, but the rewards are worth it. This Collection is designed to help you achieve a well-rounded routine and balanced gains from top to toe. Each 60-minute session features a powerful pair: 30 minutes of lower-body Strength followed by 30 minutes of upper-body Strength. It’s the best of both worlds. You get to focus on key body parts one at a time while still getting a total-body workout by the end. You can do these pairs at a pace that works for you—could be once a week, every other day, or whenever you have an hour to get after it. You might even set up a Stack so the two workouts play back to back. Once you’ve completed each duo here, take on more mighty pairs by creating Strength Stacks of your own.
