6 Weeks to Restart Your Fitness
Whether your goal is to get back to fitness after a short break or you’re looking for inspiration to try something new, take on the challenge of working out every day for six weeks. These workouts are curated to help you improve everything from cardio fitness and stamina to overall mobility and total-body strength. Spend two weeks in the “Make a Comeback” section, doing one workout a day in the order shown. Then move on to the workouts in “Gain Momentum’” for the next two weeks. In the last two weeks—the homestretch!—keep it going with workouts in “All-Out Finish.” These workouts require little or no equipment and they always include a trainer modifying the moves for low-impact and less-intense options.
