Yoga Peak Poses

In yoga, a peak pose is a move you work your way up to in a flow. And taking time to perfect a variety of peak poses can bring more motivation, focus, and challenge to your own practice. For each pose in this program, there’s a 10-minute workshop-style practice session to help you devote time and attention to improving your technique. You’ll follow step-by-step demonstrations and helpful tips as you work up to the peak pose. One trainer teaches while the other does the demos. And you can pause the session any time you want more time to practice. The prep flows are specifically designed to help you warm up as you stretch and strengthen the muscles that play a part in the peak pose you’ve chosen. This program is for anyone who is familiar with yoga. To get started, choose a peak pose and warm up with the prep flow that goes with it. You can also use any other Fitness+ yoga workout as a warmup. Once you’ve built up your confidence and skill with one peak pose, move on to another.
