Workouts for Beginners

These workouts were specially created for anyone who is brand-new to exercise or getting back to it after a long break. The Absolute Beginner series includes Strength, Core, Pilates, and Yoga to help you focus on getting stronger and improving your coordination and flexibility. You can do any workout type in any order. Start with the 10-minute workouts first to learn the basics. When you feel comfortable doing those, try the 20-minute workouts to help you get ready for the Fitness+ weekly studio workouts. All the moves in the Absolute Beginner workouts are low impact and easy to follow. Some workouts include the optional use of a mat, two light dumbbells, or a chair.
