Introduction to Meditations for Sleep

This program is designed to help you unwind before bed and drift off to sleep. It’s made up of four 20-minute meditations that each use different techniques to help you relax and rest. “Quiet Your Mind” can help you let go of racing or persistent thoughts. You can release tension from head to toe in “Relax Your Body.” In “Appreciate Your Day,” you’ll be guided on how to recognize the positive. And there’s “Visualize Rest,” which can help you imagine a peaceful place to be at ease. These meditations can be done in any order.
