Introduction to Breath Meditation
This program can help you experience the power of your breath. Breathing is deeply connected to our mind and body, yet we often take it for granted. Our breath can also have an impact on our emotions, like breathing slowly and deeply to feel peaceful. Becoming aware of your breath, as you practice a variety of breathing techniques, can help you improve both your physical and mental wellbeing. In this program, there are five meditations that last 10 minutes each. Four of them focus on settling your nervous system to help you feel more calm and release tension. And one meditation is designed to help boost your energy. All the meditations can help improve concentration and mindfulness. You can do these meditations in any order and return to them any time you want to influence how you feel through breathing.
