Get Ready for Snow Season

Two-time Olympic gold medalist Ted Ligety joins Fitness+ in this special series designed for snow sports. Led by Ted and Fitness+ trainer Anja Garcia, these workouts are based on Ted’s own training routine as an elite ski racer and world champion. This series is designed to help you get ready for snow season and be your best on the slopes by improving strength, stamina, mobility, balance, and power. All the HIIT workouts use bodyweight only and include jumping movements with low-impact options. In Strength, there are total-body exercises that include dumbbells, an extra focus on legs, and different ways to challenge your balance. The Core workout focuses on the core strength and stability needed for skiing and snowboarding. And the Yoga flow is great for strength, flexibility, and preparing you to move well on your skis and snowboard. You can pair any of these workouts together or mix them into your regular workout routine, including before or after hitting the slopes.
