Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks
Build a yoga habit with two 10-minute flows per week, designed to blend into your current workout routine and fit easily into busy schedules. Every week for four weeks, you’ll do one slow flow and one energetic flow that complement each other. The goal is to become more flexible, cut down on stress, and improve strength and stability—while leaving plenty of time for the other workouts and activities you love to do. Each week, there’s a new focus: You’ll stretch your lower body in week one. Week two is about releasing tightness in your back. In week three, the focus is core and upper-body strength. And the final week brings a few ways to challenge your balance. After that, it’s time to congratulate yourself for making yoga part of your routine for an entire month. You can continue to fuel your yoga habit by repeating this series as many times as you like. It's a great way to create a lasting habit!
