12 Stretchy Yoga Flows

This four-week program was created to help you set aside time for stretching and relaxation, even if yoga is already part of your routine. All the flows are set to mellow, calming music from Sollos. These tracks feature special sound waves that can help you de-stress. You’ll do three 20-minute slow flows per week—each one designed to release tightness in different areas of your body. By the end of every week, you’ll have stretched from top to toe through gentle movement. And you’ll always wrap up with extra time in a final relaxation. The program builds flow by flow, with opportunities to add variety to familiar poses and sink deeper into stretches. Doing all 12 feel-good flows in order can leave you calmer and more mobile as the weeks go on, and you can always repeat the program any time.
