14-Day HIIT and Strength Challenge
Having a strong body and good cardio fitness lets you take on life’s adventures with the energy and confidence to be your best. So use this total-body challenge to level up your current HIIT and Strength routine—you just might impress yourself. Alternate between 30 minutes of Strength and 30 minutes of HIIT every day for two weeks, doing each workout in the order shown. Once you’ve completed the workouts in the “First Seven Days” section, move on to the “Last Seven Days” section. Dumbbells are recommended for some workouts—because the bigger the push, the better the results. After completing this challenge, keep the momentum going with other HIIT and Strength workouts from the Fitness+ library.
