Ultimate 8-Week Challenge
Accept this ultimate challenge and take your cardio fitness, strength, and flexibility to another level in just eight weeks. You’ll get a well-rounded mix of moves—from lifts to leaps to lunges and more. Every week for six days, you’ll take on a different Strength, HIIT, or Yoga workout, following the order shown. The seventh day is up to you. Maybe recover from your fitness-filled week—and get ready for the next—by walking, stretching, or just kicking back. You’ll build up to longer, more intense workouts as you go—it’s the perfect way to set yourself up for success. The first four weeks blend 10-minute and 20-minute workouts. In the final four weeks, you’ll progressively work up to 30-minute workouts. After you’ve rocked this challenge, and given yourself a well-earned pat on the back, keep going with other Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts in the Fitness+ library.
