This 60-minute pyramid-style run is inspired by Montana’s majestic Glacier National Park, with its sparkling lakes, steep valleys and kilometres of nature trails. Emily coaches you to get grounded at a moderate intensity, open up to a hard intensity, then go back to moderate. Peppy pop and dynamic dance tracks are lined up to help you lock down the perfect pace on a route that winds past a popular, turquoise-coloured lake and centuries-old cedar trees.
