Meditations for Beginners
This program is designed to help you start your meditation journey and introduce you to the Fitness+ Meditation themes. There is a meditation for each of the 11 themes to help you discover which ones are best for you. Meditating can help develop self-awareness, improve your connection to others, reduce stress and help you relax and get to sleep. Each meditation guides you through finding a comfortable posture, connecting with your breath and body and setting an intention. These meditations can be done in any order.
