In the spirit of adventure, Scott coaches you to run a negative split where you go at a moderate intensity for the first half then push to a hard intensity in the last half. The playlist starts with cool, breezy pop songs before switching to energetic dance tracks for a strong finish. The route winds through the charming town of Banff and has nature views in every direction, including a rushing waterfall. There’s even an iconic luxury hotel nestled in the Canadian Rockies.
