JoAnna Hardy
Since 2005, JoAnna has taught meditation at silent retreats, on digital platforms and in meditation centres. She specialises in teaching mindfulness to teens and young adults as well as meditations based on social justice. Experienced in the Insight Meditation Tradition, which focusses on combining wisdom and compassion, JoAnna is also a University of Southern California faculty member. She hikes with her dogs—a pack that might include a few foster pups—and is influenced by soul, hip-hop and R&B songs that speak to social activism.
